Cucumber Apple Mint Pops - Ice cream made from cucumber, apple and mint

Preparation steps
- Peel a cucumber and if you notice that the seed is quite large, remove it. Only then weigh it.
- Add the diced cucumber to the blender together with the mint leaves and sugar, pour over everything with lemon juice and a deciliter of apple juice.
- Mix everything well - no pieces should remain.
- Add apple juice to the 510 ml mark and mix once more briefly.
- Pour the mixture into ice cream bowls (onions), simmer them and leave in the ice for a minimum of 3 hours. If you have open containers in which you have to insert a stick or use glasses, leave them in the refrigerator for an hour, only then add the stick, otherwise it will not stand upright.
- This is a quantity for 6 85 ml ice cream containers. If your bowls have a slightly higher content, correct the amount by adding apple juice. Ice cream is easier to remove from the jars if you rinse them briefly with warm water (outside!).
