Preparation steps

  • Biscuits: mix eggs with sugar, add oil and milk, then flour and baking powder. Pour into a greased pan, bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Prepare both biscuits in the same way.
  • Cream: Caramelize 500 g of sugar, pour 1 liter of milk to melt the sugar. Mix the rest of the sugar and flour into 0.5 liters of milk, pour in the caramel milk, cook thickly. When it cools, add the margarine and whisk.
  • Stack: Cut both biscuits into 10 strips and arrange two in each wafer to get a pattern (when cut) like a chessboard. Spread cream everywhere in between.
