Crumble with plums the dukan way
I love baked fruit in crumble variants and for days now the thought has been running through my head to make it according to dukan rules. It would be a crumble for the third phase of the dukan diet or a crumble without fat, in a healthier way ... dedicated to my dukanica in the chat room, the ones who are in the third and who arrive in the same ... it's time for plums, so it's with plums ...
Preparation steps
- Wash the plums, split them and remove the stones. Arrange them in three smaller ceramic bowls, masterpieces.
- Mix the powder, density and sweetener and distribute it on top of the plums in bowls. Mix the plums and cocoa as much as you can. I use stevia in paha as a sweetener.
- Mix the bran and egg. Leave to stand for a while. The mass should be loose, disintegrating. If necessary add a little water.
- Crush the resulting mass on top of the plums.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about twenty minutes, until the plums turn into jam and the top layer turns brown.
- Enjoy dessert in someone's company because you can only eat half :-) If no one eats, you can leave the other half for tomorrow ....

I served it completely hot because I couldn't wait. I think the same could be done with peaches or apples ....
