Crostules or torn pants?
I got the recipe from a colleague from work, and she from my mother-in-law, a Dalmatian. Well, I think to myself, that's it. That's the way it should be. I make it at home, it's great for everyone and I tell my mom what I did. She says she doesn't know what it is. And I tell her the recipe, and she tells me, so that's what we did, so it's torn pants .... well, now, whether or not, I call them the way I got the recipe, so who likes let them calls as he pleases ...
Preparation steps
- Beat eggs with sugar. Add a portion of flour with baking powder, and pour boiling butter. Add lemon, rum, brandy and salt. Add flour until dough is very hard. Leave in the cold, it says 6-8 hours. I barely lasted 2 hours.
- The dough is spread on a typewriter or by hand, I am by hand. Leave for about 10 minutes to dry, cut as desired. I’m on squares that I’ve cut 1 or 2 more times, but not to the end. See the pictures.
- Fry in hot oil for a few seconds, being careful not to burn. Remove to a paper towel to pick up excess fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
