Preparation steps

  • Pour lemon juice into the sugar and cook over low heat until the sugar is completely melted and lightly caramelized.
  • Remove from the heat and mix in the almond leaves and stir well.
  • Pour the mixture onto baking paper and thin with a rolling pin to obtain a plate.
