Croissants with rye flour and seeds
another in a row you might think, but if you love homemade pastries and taste rye flour try it, you won’t regret it, they’re really great.

- Mix the flour with all the ingredients except the margarine, and knead a smooth dough,
- divide the dough into 10 equal parts (breadcrumbs),
- roll out the breadcrumbs in a circle, coat with margarine (which you also divided into 10 parts) and put 5 pieces on top of each other,
- cut the circle into 12 equal parts and roll each towards the middle,
- repeat the process with the remaining 5 parts of the dough,
- let them rise for about an hour,
- coat with beaten egg, sprinkle with seeds if desired or add salt and bake at 200 degrees until golden yellow.
