ღ Crispy turkey in cornflakes
There are over 180 recipes for fried meat on these pages; from Paris, Vienna, Milan, Orly, the one in sesame and even these in corflakes. Here’s another one, I prepared turkey “cartilage,” like this in a healthier way, in the oven. You can also fry them in deeper oil. Sliced into smaller bite-sized pieces and served with various sauces, they become an excellent choice of "fingerfood" for various gatherings and parties. They are prepared in just 20 minutes from a couple of ingredients. We all adore him in turn… and after this there are full bellies and a few dishes to wash.
Preparation steps
- Cut the turkey into the desired pieces, season the Twist for the golden chicken and you can start breading.
- Prepare flour, scrambled eggs and cornflakes that you have crushed with your hands. Add a little salt to the eggs in which you will dip the meat.
- Roll in flour, then in eggs and then in cornflakes.
- Place the breaded pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Preheat the oven to 200C. Bake for about 20 minutes (depending on the strength of the oven) or until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook them as they will dry out. If you have the option of frying in oil, fry them that way.
- Serve immediately with a side dish of your choice; boiled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or with some sauce if you cut them into smaller pieces as for “fingerfood”. I served it here for lunch with beans / beans and a little cucumber pickled salad from the "winter stock" ღ Beans on a paddle
