Preparation steps

  • Cut the turkey into the desired pieces, season the Twist for the golden chicken and you can start breading.
  • Prepare flour, scrambled eggs and cornflakes that you have crushed with your hands. Add a little salt to the eggs in which you will dip the meat.
  • Roll in flour, then in eggs and then in cornflakes.
  • Place the breaded pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Preheat the oven to 200C. Bake for about 20 minutes (depending on the strength of the oven) or until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook them as they will dry out. If you have the option of frying in oil, fry them that way.
