Crispy fish in chickpea flour
I read somewhere that chickpea flour absorbs less fat when frying. Fresh sardines came today so I said, let’s check. The recipe is suitable for diabetics and gluten-free people.
Preparation steps
- Clean the fish, drain and roll in salted chickpea flour. Fry until golden yellow. Wash the potatoes and cook in the crust. Peel and slice. Cut the onion into cubes and add to the potatoes. Season with apple cider vinegar and pumpkin oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
Serve with a seasonal salad.
