Crispy crust chips for pies / noodles

Crispy chips from ready-made pie dough baked in the oven. Served with a very nice snack if desired.

Preparation steps

  • Melt the butter with the oil. Spread the dough for the noodles / pie crusts ready. Coat with melted butter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the next noodles and repeat the process, you should order four noodles on top of each other.
  • Cut the noodles into cubes, I do it with a ribbed rotolon, but you can also use the one for pizza. Cut them into chips the size of chips. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C on a medium baking sheet for about 6-10 minutes. Be careful not to burn yourself when they catch a nice color and become crispy.
  • Serve with yogurt dip. HERE you can find various variations with this recipe.
