Crispy cheese
Have you already prepared breaded crispy cheese? An attractive addition to the cheese is a white sauce made from yogurt, mayonnaise and cream.
Preparation steps
- For breading:
- Cut the cheese into 1 cm thick slices.
- Dip each slice well into the beaten egg first, then into the bread crumbs.
- Fry in deep oil until golden brown, then remove to a absorbent paper towel to soak up excess oil.
- For the sauce:
- Mix yogurt with mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic
Serving
Serve the crispy cheese with the sauce.
Advice
If desired, you can cut the cheese into smaller cubes, sticks or some other shape.
