Crispy biscuits glued with homemade jam
these are my favorite cookies for the holidays :)
Preparation steps
- Knead a smooth dough from flour, thickener, sugar, eggs, margarine, vanilla sugar, baking powder, warm water and sour cream and roll it out thinly.
- cut out the desired shape with a mold
- make sure there are an equal number of full and empty biscuits
- bake them for about 13 minutes at 200 degrees
- cool the roasts a little, put a little homemade jam in the middle of the whole, combine them and sprinkle with powdered sugar
