Crepes Bisette
These are not Suzette crepes but Bisette crepes, hehe… by the author!
Preparation steps
- Mix all the dough ingredients in a blender and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Bake the pancakes.
- Syrup: squeeze the grapefruit in a large pan, add a tablespoon of sugar, butter, wine, spices and cranberry jam, and bring the contents to a boil. Put one pancake on the syrup, boil it on one side and turn it slightly over on the other side. In a pan, fold it in half and then in a quarter, then transfer and arrange on a heated plate. Do the same with the other pancakes.
- , Cook the remaining syrup until it thickens. Add cognac or brandy, light with a match and pour over complex pancakes. You can sprinkle them with sugar if you want.
Serving
