Cream soup "Four types of vegetables"
Creamy, delicious and simple.
Preparation steps
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the chopped vegetables in the following order: onions, carrots, potatoes and zucchini. Simmer all together for 5 minutes.
- Wash the rice well and add it to the vegetables. Season and add about 1.5 liters of boiled water. Stir and cover. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
- When the vegetables are cooked, mix the corba coarsely with a stick mixer. This means not completely, but so much that it becomes creamy but that some pieces of vegetables remain.
