Cream of mushroom and burdock soup
My first cream soup ... Darling has just eaten his third plate, and he doesn't really like chicory or porcini mushrooms. ;)))))))
Preparation steps
- Soak the porcini mushrooms in lukewarm water and let them stand for about 30-40 minutes. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Before cooking, take the porcini mushrooms out of the water and chop them into smaller pieces.
- Boil both in water to which you have added density and salt. Cook for about 15 minutes until the chicory softens.
- Then take out the chicory and grind it in a multipractice or using a stick mixer. Return the ground chicory to the soup, add vegeta, cooking cream and cook for another 10 minutes. Good apetite!
