Cream of asparagus stew
The delicate taste of white and green asparagus with drops of olive oil will brighten your day and cheer up your loved ones.
Preparation steps
- Fry the diced carrots briefly in olive oil. Add the asparagus cut into smaller pieces and the spring onion and celery stalk sliced.
- Pour 500 ml of warm water over everything and cook for about 10 minutes to soften the vegetables a bit.
- Stir the contents of a bag of asparagus cream soup into 500 ml of cold water and add to the vegetables.
- When it boils, cook for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly.
Serving
Serve warm.

Instead of carrots, celery and asparagus you can add vegetables as desired.
