Cream corba with melted cheese

I didn't make it a long time ago ... I had just 2 triangles of zdenka cheese that I was really wondering what I was going to ... they didn't really spread bread on me, so I remembered that this is a forgotten corba ... and maybe it's somewhere and written here - I don't know nor did I check, if there is ... it's not a problem - I'll delete it right away ...

Preparation steps

  • Peeled potatoes, leeks, carrots and celery root chop and put in a saucepan to cook in 2 liters. water about 30 min. When the vegetables are cooked, take the vegetables out into another bowl, add the zdenka cheese and mash everything together - return the mixture back to the casserole. Add a cube of vegetables and pasta for the soup, let it continue to cook. When the pasta is cooked - remove from the heat, add pepper and add salt if it is not salty enough. Good only ... this corba is so good.

Serving

Note: If you don't like the sharp smell and taste of celery - feel free to remove it from the food or add a little. I only added the celery leaves when I removed them from the stove, covered them and it was enough for the celery to contribute to the taste.
