Cream corba with celery and mileram
One very tasty, healthy and uncomplicated corbica, which I like to prepare for my family because it is above all very healthy. Celery is otherwise known as very healthy. Try it and you will be convinced of the perfect and light taste, especially suitable for children.
Preparation steps
- Pour the oil into a deeper pan. Grate the celery root and carrot. Pour the grated vegetables into the prepared oil pan and fry until the celery turns brown and softens.
- Then pour water, add the cube, and cook for another 10 minutes at a lower temperature.
- When the corba is crumbled, add a spoonful of semolina, cook for a few more minutes until the mane swells, add mileram, stir to break up lumps and dissolve mileram, remove from the heat and serve. Pleasant! This corba is very tasty and without the cube, as I often prepare it, especially for fans of corba where the taste of vegetables and meat prevails.
