Cream cheese popovers
Great addition to any dish.
Preparation steps
- Preheat the oven to 190 * C
- Put eggs, flour, salt, pepper, thyme and nutmeg in a blender.
- mix until everything is well combined, about 15 seconds, add milk and liquid sour cream, mix more, then remove everything from the sides of the blender with a spatula, mix.
- Put the muffin tin in the oven to warm up a bit.
- Fill the molds halfway with the mixture.
- Put a piece of cream cheese in the middle of the mold.
- Pour over the dough so that 2/3 of the mold is full.
- Bake the pastries until golden yellow and rise finely, about 40 minutes
- Leave them to cool a bit.
