Crazy dough

I tried many silly :) dough, but from this, I did not come across better..perfectly soft and wonderful dough, always ready, for all occasions :). I highly recommend you try it..you will not regret it :)!

Preparation steps

  • Dip yeast with sugar in lukewarm milk. Knead the dough from the listed ingredients. Oil two nylon bags, divide the dough and close well. Place in a bowl and keep in the refrigerator until use, the dough should be refrigerated for 10 hours, before use. The dough is great for meki, donuts, pancerota, pizza ... the only rolls I haven't made from this test yet. Shelf life is 10 days, but it will hardly stay in the fridge that long :)! NOTE: This is a very large amount of dough, I always make from 1 kg of flour, so in proportion to that, I reduce all other ingredients. Another small note..the dough is very soft, when kneaded, that's how it should be..when it stands in the cold, it is perfect, only bubbles burst :)!

Serving

With kajmak, ajvar, ljutenica ... you won't go wrong, whatever you choose to combine with these mekis :).
