Cranberry-Raspberry-Slush (Cranberry-Raspberry-Slush)

Very fast fruit drink with cranberry juice, raspberries and a little orange juice… Bitter, sweet and sour taste is very refreshing for these hot days…

Preparation steps

  • First pour the orange juice into ice molds (I used heart-shaped silicone molds) and put in the freezer until completely frozen.
  • Blend the raspberries lightly if they are frozen or mash them well with a fork if they are fresh. Pour cranberry juice, blended (crushed) raspberries and a few ice cubes into the juice jug and stir gently.
  • Pour the juice into deeper glasses (I usually put the glasses in the freezer for at least half an hour to cool them down), add ice cubes of orange juice and some fresh raspberries and serve immediately. Pleasant refreshment!
