When your greaves are "pulled" around the freezer, here's how to use them.
Preparation steps
- Finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil or butter. Add the finely chopped garlic. Pour 1 tablespoon of water and a little salt to soften it before. Cool. Grind the cracklings, eggs and chilled onions on a meat grinder or chop in a blender. The meat grinder should be skipped twice to get a fine, smooth mixture. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to the resulting mass. Try and adjust the taste as desired. Very simple and tasty spread. The recipe is from the book "Meat dishes, vegetables and flour ".
