Crab paste
Today I was planning to make risotto with crabs for lunch .... however, browsing the net I came across this recipe that won me over .... so instead of rice .... it turns out pasta ..... I made some very small alternations .. ... and that's it :)))) We really liked it, and you give it a try .... It's just much better to use already peeled crabs, mine were not
Preparation steps
- Before we start preparing the crabs, put a sieve with water for the paste. Cook the pasta as you always cook ....
- Put a pan with a thicker bottom on the stove, add about 25 g of butter and a slice of onion just cut in half. When the butter has melted, add the crabs, salt, pepper, sprinkle with ground chili (who doesn’t like spicy, doesn’t have to) and sprinkle a little with lemon juice. Fry for about 5 minutes on medium T. Remove the roasted crabs to a plate.
- Now add another cube of butter to the pan and melt it lightly, add cooking cream, milk, grated cheese and curry to it. Mix everything well with a wire and add the crabs .... let it simmer slightly
- Cooked pasta, strain and add to the pan with the crabs, add the chopped parsley and mix everything well.
- Serve sprinkled with a little more chopped fresh parsley
