Crab meatballs
... a little change… not always to be made of meat or vegetables… this time with crab meat… great and easy…
Preparation steps
- Stir in the crab meat, mashed potatoes, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper, oregano, seeded and chopped chilli and beaten egg. Put the mixture in the refrigerator. Let stand for half an hour.
- Stir the crab mixture again, then shape into croquettes or meatballs and flour them a little. Fry them in oil for 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with a light summer salad.
