Couscous with chard
We ate this in a restaurant with fish and I really liked it, so I tried to “download” the recipe.
Preparation steps
- Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the box, I put 20 dag of couscous on 2 dcl of water. I put 2 teaspoons of olive oil and in the water itself.
- Blanch the chard, quantity as desired.
- Mix couscous with chard and add fresh parsley, sliced garlic, olive oil and salt / pepper. It can also be eaten cold.
Serving
It goes great with fish.
