Couscous and prosciutto

Very nice and healthy combination ... It can be an independent dish or it can be a side dish ...

Preparation steps

  • Prepare cousous according to the instructions on the package - I prepare it like this: 1 salt of couscous - 1 salt of water. I boil water and add couscous to it, cover and leave for 5 minutes.) Stir. Put the prosciutto and corn in a bowl with water. When it boils, remove from the heat. Chill.
  • Cut the prosciutto in half.
  • Heat the olive oil (don't skimp on it :) then fry the prosciutto, turning it until it gets a nice dark color along the edges (about 5 min). Add the corn, stir everything and fry a little more. Then add the crushed garlic. Smells very nice :)
  • Finally add the couscous and mix everything well. And that's it :)
