Very similar to the curd I have already set, the only difference is that half the milk and half the sour milk are added. Pretty nice to me, so whoever wants to try let it go.

Preparation steps

  • Bring the milk to a boil, and separately mix the eggs, cream, sour milk and salt.
  • When the milk boils, add the mixture with the eggs, stir until it starts to boil, and when it boils, cook for 5-10 minutes. until the whey separates.
  • Put a cloth or gauze in the strainer, then shake and leave for about 5 minutes. to drain, then put in a bowl and squeeze well then put in the fridge.
