Cottage cheese cream with peaches, honey and hazelnuts
Let's use peaches ....
Preparation steps
- I cut the peaches in half, remove the stones, cut them into cubes.
- Fry the hazelnuts in a pan, cool and chop coarsely. Mix the whipping cream.
- In a bowl, mix two-thirds of the hazelnuts, honey and cottage cheese, add the whipped cream.
- In glasses, serve alternately cream cheese, peach, cream cheese, finish with peaches, sprinkle with the rest of the roasted hazelnuts
