Cottage cheese cream with peaches, honey and hazelnuts

Let's use peaches ....

Preparation steps

  • I cut the peaches in half, remove the stones, cut them into cubes.
  • Fry the hazelnuts in a pan, cool and chop coarsely. Mix the whipping cream.
  • In a bowl, mix two-thirds of the hazelnuts, honey and cottage cheese, add the whipped cream.
  • In glasses, serve alternately cream cheese, peach, cream cheese, finish with peaches, sprinkle with the rest of the roasted hazelnuts

Serving

Serve cold.
