I searched for this recipe for a long time until the other day I found it in a book, in the "fusion cakes" category - the cake is a mixture of the continental tradition of baking biscuits that are eaten with afternoon tea and oriental spices. I personally ate it in India, in Bengali patisseries. It is incredibly simple and delicious. I highly recommend it!

TEXAS CORN BREAD - corn spicy bread
Although it looks more like a fine (salty) cake, this is a traditional bread from the southern parts of the USA, especially popular in Texas, so here is a super delicious Tex-Mex version! The addition of cheese and pepper gives the bread a phenomenal taste and the texture is super juicy! The next day is even better! Be sure to try it!
