Preparation steps
- Mix both types of flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Add sour cream and beaten egg.
- Knead the dough, then roll it out on a floured surface 5 mm thick.
- Cut circles.
- Coat them with softened butter and fold.
- Bake at 180C until golden brown.
Serving
If desired, after coating, and before folding, you can put a little cheese, ham, bacon on the circle…
