Preparation steps

  • Mix both types of flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
  • Add sour cream and beaten egg.
  • Knead the dough, then roll it out on a floured surface 5 mm thick.
  • Cut circles.
  • Coat them with softened butter and fold.
  • Bake at 180C until golden brown.

Serving

If desired, after coating, and before folding, you can put a little cheese, ham, bacon on the circle…
