Corn grits muffin
salty cornmeal muffins are a nice change from classic projica because they have a different, more interesting texture.
Preparation steps
- corn grits, wheat flour, baking powder and a little salt combine in a bowl. add sour water, yogurt. mix well. add two eggs and oil. mix into a fine dough.
- lightly fry the spring onions, add the spinach and cheese cubes. Fill the muffin tins up to 1/3 with semolina dough, add the spinach and cheese filling.
- supplement with dough. sprinkle with sesame, flax ... bake at 180 degrees
