Corba with beans and kale
A quick and easy corbica for these cold days
Preparation steps
- In a skillet, where you will cook the corba, pour a few tablespoons of oil, heat to a medium temperature, then put the chopped onion, and fry it, frying for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the mashed garlic, grated carrot and sausage, to which you have peeled the shrimp and fry.
- Add a liter and a half of stock or water to the fried onion, add drained and washed beans (if you don't have beans in a can, cook half a kg of beans), then cook at a low temperature for about half an hour. Grind a part of the beans with a spoon to get the density of the corba, pickle, sauté, add a small hot pepper (you don't have to) add half a teaspoon of ground red pepper.
- If it is thick, add more water, add washed and chopped kale, and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve warm, with some fine toast
- Bon Appetit !!!!
