A traditional dish of the Plješivica region. Very tasty, I ate for the first time recently and was delighted! It is similar to drinking zeljanica, soparnik, and yet… not like!

Preparation steps

  • Knead a soft and smooth dough, divide it into two parts. Cut the green ingredients into thin noodles, chop the onion and parsley and sauté in lard, pour over the milk and cool. Add cow's cheese. Put the filling on the bottom of the dough, cover with another part of the dough. Top the dough with sour cream and place in the oven. Serve warm, although it can be cold.
