Colorful risotto with chicken and seitan
Simple and light lunch ..
Preparation steps
- Heat a frying pan and pour a little olive oil.
- Add sliced chicken and spring onions to the hot oil. Fry until finely browned.
- Add sliced seitan, diced zucchini, soy sauce and spices and lightly fry everything.
- Add the rice, stir and pour over the hot chicken broth. Let it simmer until all the liquid has evaporated.
Serving
This dish is enough for itself :)
