Cod (Torsk) with vegetables
One very light dish, prepared very quickly, takes the most time to clean the vegetables.
Preparation steps
- I did not put the exact measure of vegetables, you have to estimate it yourself depending on how many people there are for lunch. Cut the vegetables into appropriate pieces. Pour olive oil into the pan and fry the vegetables over low heat until they soften, being careful not to overcook and become too soft. I didn't season the vegetables, because the sauce is full of spices, it's salty enough because of the soy sauce.
- Sauce Pour olive oil, soy sauce, finely chopped onion, parsley, spice, finely chopped garlic into a bowl. Mix everything well. .
- Cut the cod into the appropriate pieces, add salt and pepper. Fry in olive oil, if the cod is with goat then bake first on the leather side, then turn the other side. Baking should not be longer than 5-7 minutes, together on both sides.
- If you opt for the second or third variant of vegetables, then the procedure is the same. Prepare the vegetables, cut them into the appropriate pieces, and first fry the onions a little in oil, then add the rest of the vegetables. Fry everything briefly in oil, just to soften the vegetables a bit. With each variant of vegetables, you need to adjust the amount for you and your family.
Serving
Put vegetables in a plate, fish over vegetables, and sprinkle sauce on fish.
