Coconut muffins with turmeric and ginger

Very juicy and delicious muffins.

Preparation steps

  • Beat eggs, with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add ingredients, oil, flour, spices, baking powder. Finally, dilute with milk and place in a muffin tin to bake in which you previously placed the paper baskets. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Check with a toothpick if it is baked. It takes about 25 minutes.
  • FILLING: Whip the sweet sour cream or whipped cream from the bag with a little milk and add the cream cheese and one tablespoon of powdered sugar. Coat muffins or use a syringe to decorate. Grate a little lime or lemon zest and serve. Enjoy
