Coconut macrame
Although I don’t like too much coconut, some recipes still beat me. Among them is this very simple but picturesque one in which the waltz of flavors is danced by coconut and walnuts.
Preparation steps
- Cut the wafer with a round model (5 cm) into round surfaces.
- Mix the mixture of egg whites, sugar and salt into the solid snow and add ground walnuts and coconut flour.
- Place the mass on each cut round surface of the wafer
- Thus shaped surfaces, decorate with halves of walnuts, arrange on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and dry for 15 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius and then another 45 minutes at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius with the oven door open.
