Coconut cardamom panna cotta with lime glaze !!!!

A fragrant cream of coconut and cardamom that melts in your mouth, and lime glaze gives it a special refreshing tone !!!

Preparation steps

  • Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Heat the coconut milk, sweet cream, sugar and cardamom to boiling point! Drain the gelatin leaves well from the water and add to the hot coconut milk, stirring well to dissolve the gelatin.
  • Prepare the bowls and pour the hot cream into them and leave them on the kitchen counter to cool! When they have cooled, put them in the fridge for a couple of hours to completely squeeze the cream!
  • When the cream has set, start making the glaze by soaking a sheet of gelatin in cold water, heating the lime juice, water and sugar to boiling! Check again if it is sweet enough and add more sugar if necessary! Add the stirring syrup to the hot syrup well drained sheet of gelatin.Stir everything well to dissolve the gelatin.Leave to cool completely and then pour 3-4 tablespoons of syrup into each bowl of cream and put back in the refrigerator to harden the glaze completely!
  • If you can't get ready-made coconut milk, this monchyslava recipe will serve you well!

Serving

Decorate the panna cotta as you wish and enjoy !!!
