Coconut baklava
So easy to make, and the taste really fantastic.
Preparation steps
- Beat eggs, sugar, yogurt, oil and add baking powder and coconut. Take one sheet of noodles, brush with this filling, put another sheet of noodles and coat it and roll the longer side. Put in a baking pan. Repeat the process while you have the mixture. Cut the baklava before baking.
- Leave the baked baklava for 10 minutes to stand, then pour over the warm agave.
