Coco sticks

The initial idea was Jaffa balls, but I didn't like the taste, so I "enriched" the mixture with ingredients.

Preparation steps

  • Mix ground biscuits with cocoa and pour over orange juice (I used Fanta). Knead, add jam, honey, vanilla sugar, melted chocolate, chopped jelly candies, rum and grated orange peel. Knead well to combine the mixture, leave to set for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator and shape into sticks.
  • FOR THE GLAZING: Melt the dark chocolate in a steamer and pour over the sticks. Until the chocolate on the sticks hardens, sprinkle with melted white chocolate and pass through with toothpicks to get patterns like this.
  • * I made about 70 sticks from this mixture.

Black and yellow balls
