Coco-salami

Fast, tasty and fine cocoa salami :)

Preparation steps

  • On the fire, put sour cream, butter, chocolate and cocoa in a bowl and stir until everything is combined.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool, to be lukewarm.
  • Add vanilla sugar, chopped walnuts and almonds (previously baked in the oven or in a dry pan) and beaten biscuits. Stir well and allow to cool.
  • Form the salami on aluminum foil, wrap it well and put it in the fridge to firm up well. When you take it out, sprinkle it well with powdered sugar.

Serving

Very simple dessert, it is prepared quickly and it tastes great :)
