Coco salami
Easy and quick to make, and very tasty.
Preparation steps
- Put margarine, sugar, vanilla extract, vanilla sugar and whipping cream in a deeper bowl. Let it melt over a low heat. Then add the broken chocolate and cocoa. Remove from the heat and stir constantly until the chocolate melts. return to the heat to melt quickly, but not to boil.As soon as it melts, add the rum.Stir to combine, and set aside to cool.
- Break the biscuit into pieces. Some smaller ones, some larger ones. Fry the ground almonds briefly in a pan and add them to the broken biscuits. Put the biscuits and almonds in a deeper bowl. Then cover with lukewarm chocolate and sour cream. Mix with a wooden spoon until everything is nicely combined. .
- You will get a sticky dough. Prepare a larger piece of baking paper. Transfer the mass with chocolate and biscuits to the baking paper. Make a salami shape with yeasty hands, and roll out the baking paper as you see in the picture. 4-5 hours to tighten well. It is best to bake at night.
- When the salami has set, unwrap it from the paper. Sprinkle generously with powdered sugar, cut into slices, then serve.
