Preparation steps

  • Test preparation:
  • Separately, beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar, and especially the egg yolks with 6 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar, then gradually add water and stir until thickened.
  • Mix the flour, walnuts, cocoa, thickener and baking powder well / preferably in a freezer bag / then add to the egg yolks. Mix with a spatula and add the egg whites. Pour into a round pan coated with oil and covered with baking paper, then bake in preheated oven at about 200 C / Moderate fire-depending on the strength of the stove / .Leave the finished dough to cool and cut in half.
  • Second dough:
  • Whisk the egg whites with 4 tablespoons of sugar, and separately mix 4 egg yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar and gradually add water.
  • Mix the flour, nuts, thickener and baking powder well and add to the egg yolks. Mix with a spatula and add the egg whites. Pour all this into a round pan / greased and covered with baking paper /, then bake in a preheated oven at 200 C. Cut the cooled dough in half.
  • Filling preparation:
  • Mix the pudding powder and thickener with the sugar / add half of the sugar to the milk according to the instructions for preparing the pudding / then add a little milk and mix well so that no lumps remain. Heat the rest of the milk with the sugar and cook the pudding. Allow to cool.
  • stir the egg yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar and cook over the steam until it thickens. Cool and add to the whipped butter and mix well.
  • Add the cooled pudding to the butter and stir until smooth.
  • Separate about 1/3 of the obtained mass, then add the softened and cooled white chocolate. Bind well. Add the softened and cooled dark chocolate to the other remaining mixture.
  • Filling procedure:
  • Sprinkle one half of the black dough / the first one / with a little fruit syrup and spread with black cream. Put the dough with ground walnuts on top and sprinkle it with syrup. Coat this dough in circles - once with white cream, and then with black / same as in the Spring cake from Broccoli / until the whole dough is covered. Put the ground walnut dough on top, sprinkle with syrup and coat with black cream. Finally, put the other half of the black dough / the first one /, sprinkle with syrup and the whole cake is coated with black cream.
  • You can decorate the cake at will.

Serving

I covered this cake with ratluk dough and added drawing-appliqués colored from ratluk dough. The colors are food in liquid and the edges are made of dark chocolate.
