Preparation steps

  • Turn on the oven to 180 ° C to heat.
  • Mix the flour with the baking powder and sifted cocoa. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar and gradually add the oil.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the flour and add the juices, then beat everything with a mixer on the lowest speed or combine the ingredients with a food processor. Grease the kuglof mold with butter and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs, then pour the mixture and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Pour the glaze over the cooled kuglof.
  • For the steam glaze, melt the “cooking” chocolate with the juice. The cross section looks much better, this is a bad picture

I found the recipe on the internet and I was really delighted with this cake. My advice is that Fanta can be used instead of Coca-Cola, so the cake will get a stronger note of orange and we know that chocolate and orange go well together…
