Coca cola cubes
refreshing
Preparation steps
- Heat 100 ml of Coca-Cola and add softened gelatin according to the instructions. Then pour in the remaining cola and remove the foam so that the later jelly is crystal clear. Pour into a plastic container and leave to gel for 12 hours. Although I was afraid that it would not gel, in the end it tightened nicely. Chop the jelly into cubes. Whisk the eggs with a little salt, add sugar and stir for about 10 minutes until the mass "turns white". Then add ground almonds, breadcrumbs, sifted flour with baking powder. Bake two crusts at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes in a square tray 30x24 lined with baking paper. Whip the whipped cream according to the instructions from the bag with the hardener and mix with sour cream and powdered sugar. Sprinkle the first crust with coca cola, then coat with white filling and arrange the jelly cubes and cover again with white filling and cover with the second crust which we spray again with coca cola. Whip the whipped cream according to the instructions and coat the upper crust. To make it easier to decorate with a knife, mark the squares with whipped cream and decorate each square with whipped cream, half a waffle and a bottle. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
