Cobblestone (Rocky Road)
Cobblestone is my free translation of the name Rocky Road. This recipe is ideal for anyone who loves chocolate, or for a gift, or for a quick when we need something with coffee. It is very flexible, and you can add anything to it. It is quick and easy to prepare, so it is ideal for the handles of small helpers

Preparation steps
- Line a sheet or glass / plastic container with baking paper. Mine was 18x18cm. Break the biscuits into smaller pieces with your fingers, you can also beat them in a bag with a rolling pin. Leave larger pieces, up to the size of 5kn coins - to feel them under the tooth
- In a large bowl, melt the butter, honey and peanut butter over a very low heat, then add the chocolate to melt. I used 70% chocolate but I believe that is not crucial and that any chocolate would be ok
- Add biscuits, munchmallow, raisins and jelly candies or nuts to the melted chocolate, as desired. I used a mini munchmallow, if you don’t have it chop bigger. Place the resulting mixture in a tin, gently squeeze with a spatula into a mold and leave in the refrigerator to cool for about two hours, or overnight. Cut into 16 pieces, or as desired.
- Pleasant!
