Coastal potatoes

Preparation steps

  • Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
  • Fry a clove of garlic and chopped sardines in a little oil.
  • Add the potatoes, sauté briefly, pour over the tomato juice and a glass of water, add the spices and simmer covered for about 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes soften.
  • If necessary, stir with a spoon and add a little water if necessary.

Serving

Sprinkle with dill before serving.
