Coastal potatoes
Who among you in these winter days does not feel sad and has a longing for hot, warm summer days? For a light meal, which is quickly prepared and reminiscent of a vacation at sea? I already miss it ... this side dish / main course revived those memories!
Preparation steps
- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Fry a clove of garlic and chopped sardines in a little oil.
- Add the potatoes, sauté briefly, pour over the tomato juice and a glass of water, add the spices and simmer covered for about 25-30 minutes, until the potatoes soften.
- If necessary, stir with a spoon and add a little water if necessary.
Serving
Sprinkle with dill before serving.
