Clear soup with nettle dumplings
When I cook soup, I make sure to cook a larger amount, which I then divide into the necessary meals, cool and freeze. So when I'm in a hurry, I take out the soup, melt it, cook it with spices and add pasta or dumplings, etc. so i made green dumplings..and this is one in a series of nettle ideas ..
Preparation steps
- Bring the soup to a boil, add a little washed rice (take the one for maneštra), determine the spices you put in the soup yourself. I used chicken stock, celery leaves, buttermilk, salt and a little pepper.
- Add 1 egg, a tablespoon of flour and a teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture of nettles, mushroom stalks and bread crumbs that I used in the rcp with the stuffed mushrooms. Mix well.
