Clear soup with minced meat and vegetables
Again, a nice soup of my mother, which is often cooked here, and this time I prepared it and my mother praised me !!
Preparation steps
- Finely chop the onion and pepper and put in the oil to fry a little, then add the diced carrots and celery, then the minced meat, peppercorns and simmer further. Drizzle a little with water so that it does not get caught in the pot.
- When the meat is stewed, add the potatoes cut into smaller cubes. Simmer briefly and pour over with water and let it cook until done. Potatoes should not be overcooked.
- When cooked, fry the sweet red pepper in oil and pour it into the soup. Pour a little vinegar to make it sour, but not too much, it gives it a really nice taste. Season to the end with salt and pepper.
