Clafoutis with broccoli
I’ve never done claufotis before, and the pictures of that dish are so tempting that I gave in to the temptation. And I did not repent: D
Preparation steps
- Clean the broccoli, wash it and cut a cross on the lower part. Steam for about 15 minutes, check with a toothpick that they do not overcook.
- Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites. Make snow from 2 egg whites with a little salt (it got wet for me, so I put all 4).
- Mix the egg yolks, add the grated cheese, salt and pepper as desired, then add the mixed flour with the dry yeast.
- Mix all the ingredients until a compact mass is made and then add the egg whites, gently of course.
- In the baking dish, put wet and wrinkled baking paper (better adhesion to the walls), pour the mixture and place the broccoli heads on it. The oven is already preheated to 180 degrees.
- Put the oven clafoutis 20 min., Check with a toothpick, knowing your oven.
