ckembe corba

My husband loves ckembe corba, so I simplified its preparation. It is quick to prepare and tastes great.

Preparation steps

  • Put well-cleaned and washed tripe to cook in an espresso pot for about 50 minutes (I had cleaned veal tripe and cooked for 45 minutes.) Chop the cooked tripe and set it aside. Fry a little chopped garlic in a little oil ( just enough to release the aroma) add the tripe and fry the flavor a little and pour the stock and water and let it simmer. The water should be lukewarm! Stir the cream soup into the lukewarm water with the tripe and stir constantly until the soup starts to boil. add pepper to taste and chopped parsley and leave on low heat to cook for 15 min.
  • Serve it in combination with pickles and acidify to taste with lemon juice
